  128.                     - now even with picture.datatype V43 it is
  129.                       possible to use the internal dithering methods
  130.                       optionally
  131.                     - completely rewrote preferences and added
  132.                       more optional settings
  133.                     - to continue using it in V43 24 Bit mode,
  134.                       you now have rework your preferences as follows:
  135.                         - Dither mode: None
  136.                         - V43 Mode:    24 Bit
  137.                     - fixed bug in prefs program, which popped up an
  138.                       empty message requester and/or produced an
  139.                       enforcer hit, when leaving

  141.                     - removed "Fastest" option - it's just the
  142.                       same as "Fast"
  143.                     - slow (well) quantization does not work with
  144.                       ordered dithering (instead turns it to floyd-
